Carrot Shake
- 1 cup carrot juice
- 1 cup vanilla-flavored low-fat yogurt
- 1 medium-sized ripe banana, sliced
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ice cubes
Put all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. If you want to cut calories, use nonfat yogurt and only half a banana.
