Apple Pancakes

Do you like pancakes for breakfast? Try this heartburn-free version of apple pancakes.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup finely diced apples
  • Cinnamon
  • Milk

PREPARATION:

  • Cream the margarine and sugar.
  • Beat eggs then add to margarine and sugar mixture.
  • Sift flour with the baking powder and cinnamon, then add to margarine and sugar mixture.
  • Add finely chopped apples.
  • Blend well.
  • Add milk until you have a medium-consistency batter.
  • Cook on a griddle.
